Who processes data

What data the forms collect
The project, support and callback forms send your name, email, message and, if you provide them, phone, organisation, stage, timescale, problem description and selected areas of work. A hidden anti-bot field must stay empty. You confirm consent with a tick box.

How data is transmitted
Your browser sends the data as JSON to the contact.php script on our hosting. The script validates it and passes it as an email to the corporate mailbox [email protected] via the hosting provider's mail service. The script does not write message contents to log files.

Rate limiting
To limit abuse, the server keeps in a temporary directory outside the public site a pseudonymous identifier (a hash of the IP address with the domain) and an attempt counter for 15 minutes. Expired files are deleted on later requests.

Hosting and mail
The site and mail are run by a hosting provider, which may technically process request data (for example server logs) under its own terms. We do not fully control those logs; the site owner should check the provider's terms.

Cookies and localStorage
The site sets no analytics, advertising or third-party cookies and loads no external scripts or fonts. Your browser's localStorage may hold: your cookie-banner choice, form drafts (until a confirmed submission), planner ticks. This data does not leave your device unless you submit a form. If the browser blocks localStorage, the site works without saving. You can change your choice via “Cookie settings” in the footer.

Purpose and basis
Data is used only to answer your enquiry, prepare and perform agreements, and meet legal obligations. The basis is your consent and steps taken at your request before entering a contract.

How long we keep it
Messages are kept only as long as needed for the enquiry, the service or legal obligations. The specific period must be confirmed by the site owner under its internal policy; we do not state invented periods.

Your rights
Under the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” you can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, withdraw consent or object to processing. Write to [email protected]. You may also contact the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.

Changes
If the forms or processing change, this text will be updated. The site owner must review and approve this notice before publication.
